SYSTEMATICAL TRENDS IN THE BEHOVIOR OF FISSION AND (n,2n) REACTION CROSS SECTIONS OF FISSILE ISOTOPES

Abstract

On the basis of available experimental and evaluated data an analysis is made of fission cross sections and (n,2n) reaction cross sections for the fissile isotopes from Th up to Cm. It is shown that there are some systematic trends in behavior of the cross sections of reactions mentioned. These trends permit to select more reliable evaluated data.
