Цели экспериментальных исследований взаимодействия тяжелого жидкометаллического теплоносителя (ТЖМТ) с водой: 1) возможность экстраполяции к условиям полномасштабной
ядерной установки и 2) разработка соответствующих расчетных кодов. Исследования проводились на экспериментальной установке LIFUS5/Mod2, реконструированной на основе опыта работ на стенде LIFUS5 и с использованием расчетных кодов SIMMER-III, -IV и RELAP5. В статье описана установка LIFUS5/Mod2, экспериментальные исследования и анализ результатов.
