Abstract

Comparison of individual values of radiation strength functions with its averaged values, exactly reproducing the intensities of two photon transitions in a wide mass region, shows that the structure of excited level effects strongly gamma-ray emission probability in a wide energy range of primary gamma-ray transition of neutron resonance decay. The incrising of individual strength function allows to suppose the absence of considerable components of vibrational type in the nuclear excited level structure practically in entire region of neutron energy.
