Abstract

The set of 62 critical experiments with homogeneous cores contained only highly enriched uranium, hydrogen and oxygen is selected on the basis of analysis of data presented in the International Criticality Safety Evaluated Benchmark Experiments. Substantional analysis of descriptions of experiments and statistical analysis of discrepancies between experimental and calculation data allow to construct covariation matrix of uncertainties of measured k-eff values. Internal consistency of selected experiments in the frames of evaluated uncertainties is demonstrated. The set of selected experiments is recommended for validation of uranium-235 neutron data.
