Abstract

The neutron transport in the lead slowing down spectrometer LSDS-100 was simulated by Monte Carlo method. The dependence of the response function and of its central moments on the slowing down time were investigated. The neutron density shape versus on time was calculated as well as the time spectra of the fission events for some targets (235U, 239Pu). The simulated characteristics of LSDS are compared with the experimental ones.
