Abstract
This work presents description of multi-group NP200/47 (200 neutron groups and 47 photon groups) and multi-group NP48/20 (48 neutron groups and 20 photon groups) matxs-libraries obtained based on a new version of the Russian library of nuclear data ROSFOND-2020.2, processed by using the code NJOY-16.74.
The created matxs-libraries of group constants are tested in calculations by using the TRANSX 2.15 program in conjunction with the DSN code TWODANT. Testing is performed in the calculations of a series of benchmark critical experiments from the International Handbook of Criticality Safety Benchmark Experiments (ICSBEP). Comparative calculations were performed in the group approach with the use of the CONSYST/BNAB-RF-2020.2 code in conjunction with the MMKKENO code (299 groups, P5-approximation of the scattering law), and with the ROSFOND-2020.2 data in the ACE format in conjunction with the MCNP5 code.
For a one-dimensional test model of radiation shielding, calculations of the spatial distribution of neutron and photon radiation fields were performed by using the designed group matxs-libraries in comparison with calculations in the group approach with the use of the CONSYST/BNAB-RF-2020.2 code but also with the use of detailed cross-section energy dependencies and codes MCNP5 and TDMCC.
The results of work are aimed at providing the computational substantiation of design, operation and safety of fast reactors with lead-bismuth coolant at the advanced scientific and technical level on the basis of the national library of nuclear data ROSFOND-2020.2.
