The editors only considers articles submitted electronically to the editorial office. A printed (or scanned) copy must be provided. The electronic version of the text must exactly match the printed version.

All papers recommended for publication by the reviewers are submitted to the journal's editorial board meeting for approval. The final decision on whether to approve or reject an article for publication is made by the Editorial Board.
