The multilevel Breit-Wigner parameters and smooth file were obtained for the representation of neutron cross-sections in the 10-5-201 eV energy region pursuant to the re-evaluation of the 233U evaluated nuclear data file (BROND) in the resolved resonance region. The resonance parameters in the 150-201 eV energy
region were obtained for the first time.
