Abstract

The cross sections of reaction (p,γ) for 13,15C, 14N, 16,17O on the basis of experimental data were carried out at incident proton energy from minimum values of several MeV. The spline method was used with application of proton energy polynomial of third degree. The astrophysics S-factors were obtained according to threshold phenomenon theory by extrapolation method from experimental data region to zero energy neighborhood. Obtained S-factors are differing from another author data. The reasons of differences were discussed in paper. The reaction 12C(p,γ)13N process was analyzed.
