The method of identification of the elemental and chemical
composition of materials is proposed and developed. The technical solutions of principal on realization of
developed identification method for stationary and handheld (mobile) variants of the facilities are elaborated.
On basis of developed high-speed spectrometry the experimental check up of the decoding method of
measuring information is carried out. This decoding is similar to presumptive one at measuring procedures on
the identification facilities. The decoding result errors are within 0,5÷1,5 %.
