Abstract
The version of the evaluated library of the neutron cross section standards with a full covariance matrix of uncertainties of the standard reaction cross sections and other reactions used in the combined evaluation is described. Evaluated cross sections of the standards (central values) and blocks of the full covariance matrix presenting the correlations between the cross sections of the standard reaction at different energies are not distinguished from the same given in the international library of the standards. Knowledge of the full covariance matrix can be required for some applications.
