Abstract

The article presents the results of the scientific-technical conference "Thermal Physics of the new generation reactors (Thermal Physics – 2015)". The participating organizations and analytical review of the reports are presented. The reports subjects communicated with execution on the Federal Target Program "Nuclear Power Technologiesof New Generation in 2010 – 2015 and until 2020". The participation of the young specialists in the conference is reflected. The participants discussed a wide range of problems in the field of thermal physics of nuclear power plants. The results of the research were presented in support of systems and structural elements, as well asthe safety of reactors on fast and thermal neutrons were presented. The scientific community acquainted with the results obtained at the enterprises of the State Corporation "Rosatom", as well as related organizations and universities, for reactors cooled by a liquid metal coolants and water-cooled, in the field of fluid dynamics and heat transfer in different equipment of reactor plants, their safety, physical chemistry and heat transfer technology, and calculation programs and techniques.

The conclusion about the important role of scientific and technical conferences as a platform for fruitful scientific discussions, search for the best technical solutions and as a means of the knowledge exchange and knowledge conservation.
